I sent the wrong amount and can't pay again.
In this situation, you need to contact the seller, explain the reason why you can't pay more, and agree on a new bill amount.
You will also need to provide the seller with:
1) INV invoice number (consisting of 6 characters, listed on the invoice and payment letter in the mail);
2) The txID of your transaction - it's stated in the wallet or exchange from which the transfer was made.
After that, the seller will be able to contact the technical support of the service and confirm this invoice without additional fees from your side.
