What should I do if my payment has not been credited?

If for any reason the payment made by the customer through the CryptoCloud service has not been credited to your account, you need to request the following information from the customer:

1) INV invoice number - listed on the invoice and payment letter in the mail);

2) txID of your transaction - specified in the wallet or exchange from which the transfer was made.

After receiving the data, contact our technical support. We will determine the cause of unsuccessful transaction and help to solve the problem.
