How and how quickly do I withdraw funds?
To withdraw money from the CryptoCloud service it is necessary to go to the «Balance» section, click on the «Withdrawal» button, fill out an application for withdrawal, specifying the currency and address of the wallet to receive funds.
Only the full amount stored in the balance is available for withdrawal — there is no possibility of partial withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amount – from $10 (this is due to possible high withdrawal commissions of Bitcoin and Ethereum networks).
Withdrawal will be processed within 1 hour on workdays from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm (GMT+3). On weekends and after 20.00 (GMT+3) on weekdays the withdrawal is done the next day in the morning.
It is impossible to receive payments directly on your wallet through CryptoCloud service. All funds first come into our system and then are withdrawn to your wallet.
